Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of bolderlabs.si (the “Site”), operated by Bolder Apps LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Bolder Labs,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
2. Information only
The Site describes our services. Nothing on it is an offer, a commitment to provide services, or a guarantee of results. Any engagement requires a separate written agreement, which controls over these terms.
3. What you send us
When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Don’t submit trade secrets, credentials, personal data of others, or material you don’t have the right to share. No confidentiality obligation or business relationship arises from a form submission alone. Confidentiality starts when we both sign an NDA or another agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Site, attempt unauthorized access to it or its systems, scrape it at a volume that burdens it, submit malicious code, spam, or false information, or use the Site to break any law.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, design, logos, and code belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, or republish them for other purposes without our written permission. Sample tasks shown on the Site are for evaluating our services and may not be used to train or evaluate models without a written license.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites, including research sources. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Bolder Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to USD 100.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the update.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
