FOR SOFTWARE AGENCIES
Your engineering history is a training asset.
AI labs want to learn how real software gets built: the code, the tickets, the reviews, and the decisions in between. If your agency owns that history and keeps it well, we want to talk.
Apply as a partnerReal work beats synthetic work.
Models already know public code. What they lack is the full story of how a product was built and maintained over years. Agencies hold a lot of that story. Most of it sits unused in archived repositories and closed projects.
Two ways
to partner.
Data or capacity. Some agencies bring both.
| Partnership | What it means | Good fit if |
|---|---|---|
| Data partnership | We evaluate your owned project data, prepare it, and bring it to buyers. | You own repositories and project records outright, with years of history. |
| Capacity partnership | Your engineers author and review tasks with us, under our process. | You have senior mobile, web, or backend engineers with spare capacity. |
Well-kept history, clear ownership.
What matters most is the link between things. A ticket connected to its code, its review, and its tests is worth far more than any of those alone.
- Maintained repositories with real commit history, code review, and tests
- Project tracking where tickets link to the code that closed them
- Design files, specifications, and release records tied to those tickets
- Chat and workspace history (for example Slack), considered case by case and only in de-identified form
- Production software that served real users, rather than demos or tutorials
- A clear owner at your agency who can approve what is shared
How it
works.
You approve every package before anything leaves your hands.
- 01
Apply
Tell us about your agency, your repositories, and your tools. About five minutes. No code or files.
- 02
Review
We assess fit and ownership, usually within 3 business days.
- 03
NDA and inventory
If there’s a fit, we sign an NDA and you run an inventory on your side, with a script we provide: counts and dates, never content.
- 04
Sample
You share one agreed sample through a secure channel, prepared to our sample spec.
- 05
Evaluate
We assess quality and buyer interest, then propose terms.
- 06
Package and place
With your sign-off, we clean, de-identify, and package the data for buyers.
A new revenue line from work you’ve already done.
Terms depend on the volume, depth, and quality of the data, and on buyer demand. We discuss models such as license fees and revenue share once we’ve seen your inventory. Who covers preparation and packaging costs is agreed for each partnership.
Your data,
your control.
- Nothing is shared without your written approval of each package.
- Personal data is removed before anything reaches a buyer.
- We never share raw access to your systems with buyers.
- The application itself asks for nothing confidential. Before any inventory, we sign an NDA, and everything after it is covered.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Questions agencies ask.
We built this for a client. Can we still share it?
Only with the client’s written permission. Under most agency contracts, the client owns the work. Start with the projects you own outright, and we can help you ask clients for permission where it makes sense.
Do you need everything at once?
No. Start with one project or one repository.
What size of agency do you work with?
Any size with real, well-kept project history. Fit matters more than headcount.
Will our clients or staff be identifiable?
No. Names, emails, and other identifiers are removed before anything is shared with a buyer.
Can we also contribute engineers?
Yes. Choose capacity partnership in the application.
